Christmas opening hours

Over the Christmas and New Year period our technical support team will be available, as usual, 24×7. Likewise access to the data centre will be as usual, available 24×7. Some of our departments will be closed and there will be a moratorium on changes over the period which are detailed below:

 

Sales & Accounts
The Sales and Accounts teams will be unavailable from midday on Friday 22nd December until 2nd January.

 

Provisioning & Infrastructure
The Provisioning and Infrastructure teams will be unavailable from midday on Friday 22nd December until 2nd January.

 

Changes
There is a moratorium on all network, infrastructure and client architecture changes from midday on Friday 22nd December until 2nd January.
